Kolby brings broadcast media experience, musical artistry, and elite verbal communication skills to every project. He specializes in helping brands find and articulate their core message and then build the infrastructure to amplify it. He holds a master's degree in mass communications from Kansas State University and serves as sports director in Garden City, KS for Western Kansas Broadcast Center, LLC. He is also founder artistic director for the Sonus Chamber Choir in Topeka, KS.
Dawson is the production backbone of Fractal, bringing technical expertise, creative instinct, and a steady presence across all projects. His partnership with Kolby is the foundation the business is built on: complementary strengths and a long track record of making things together. He holds a master's degree in mass communications from Kansas State University and serves as communications faculty at Kansas State University.
